We sell Rabbit Creek at our shop and we cannot keep this on the shelves!

This beer bread is not only delicious, it is so easy to make. I like to have the mix always on hand for when I don't have a good side item to go with dinner. Fresh baked bread is my kids' favorite - so I could make it every night and they would be happy!

I bought this at the tail end of the Budweiser-themed tour of the Warm Springs Ranch in Boonville, MO where they breed the Clydesdales. The barn is featured in the 2013 Super Bowl commercial (the one set to Fleetwood Mac's Landslide). The tour is well worth the $10 price of admission. But reserve your tickets early as it sells out well in advance. Ok back to the bread. I got it home and it took longer to preheat the oven than it did to mix up the dough. Pour the dry mix into a mixing bowl, add a 12 oz can of beer, mix it up, and pour it into a greased cake pan. 50 minutes in the oven and Viola!! Fresh baked bread. Delicious served warm with butter and a little honey. What a treat.

We really liked this bread. It was easy to make and was really good with our pot roast!
