DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COMBINE ALL PACKETS IN A MIXING BOWL. POUR IN ONE 12 OZ CAN OF BEER (ROOM TEMPERATURE). STIR UNTIL BLENDED. POUR BATTER INTO A WELL GREASED (OR SPRAY WITH A NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY) BREAD PAN (9X5X4-INCH). MELT 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER AND POUR OVER THE BREAD BATTER. BAKE FOR 55-60 MINUTES, OR UNTIL BREAD BEGINS TO PULL AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN. YIELD ONE LOAF.
NOTE: YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE GINGER ALE OR CLUB SODA FOR THE 12 OZ. (ROOM TEMPERATURE) BEER.
