DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COMBINE PACKAGE(S) IN A MIXING BOWL. POUR IN 12 OZ. OF CHARDONNAY WINE (ROOM TEMPERATURE), AND STIR UNTIL BLENDED. POUR BATTER INTO A WELL GREASED (OR USE A NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY) BREAD PAN (9x5x4-INCH). MELT 2 TBL. BUTTER AND POUR OVER THE BREAD BATTER. BAKE FOR 55-60 MINUTES, OR UNTIL BREAD BEGINS TO PULL AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN. YIELD ONE LOAF.

NOTE: YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANY WHITE WINE FOR THE 12 OZ. (ROOM TEMPERATURE) CHARDONNAY.

    At first I was not excited to try this bread. I love wine and cheese but together in a bread seemed a bit much for me. However, I really enjoyed this bread and I am going to try Rabbit Creeks other bread combinations. It was easy to make and my home smelled so good when it was baking (this was a huge plus).
