Cucumber Cups filled with Garden Fest Dip and Salmon
Peel cucumbers in alternating vertical stripes. Save peels. Cut cucumbers into ¾ inch thick slices, and scoop out seeds with a small spoon or melon baller, leaving bottom intact to form a cup.
Fix the Rabbit Creek’s Garden Fest Dip according to package directions.
Using a can of salmon flaked, place a piece of salmon in the cucumber cup then top with 1 teaspoon of dip. Cut the peels into pieces and garnish the cup
