Stir eggs into the potatoes. Add the flour and Country Herb Dip Mix. Place spoonfuls of the potato mixture in a heated skillet with 1/4" oil. Form them into patties 1/4" thick and 3" in diameter. Brown, then turn and brown the second side until crisp. Serves 4.
