COMBINE PACKAGE(S) EXCEPT TOPPING PACKET (MARKED T OP), WITH 2/3 CUP MILK, 1 EGG, 2 T ABLESPOONS OIL, AND UNDRAINED PRESOAKED APPLES. STIR UNTIL BLENDED. FILL GREASED MUFFIN CUPS 1/2 TO 2/3 FULL. MIX SMALL TOPPING PACKET (MARKED T OP) WITH 1 T ABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE. S PRINKLE 1 1/2 TEASPOONS OF MIXTURE ON TOP OF EACH MUFFIN. BAKE 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
