DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. PRESOAK CARROT GRANULES IN 1/2 CUP WATER FOR 1 MINUTE IN MICROWAVE OR IN 1/2 CUP HOT WATER FOR 10 MINUTES. COMBINE FLOUR PACKAGE (MARKED 23), SPICE PACKET (MARKED /), WITH 2/3 CUP MILK, 1 EGG, 2 TABLESPOONS OIL, AND UNDRAINED PRESOAKED CARROT GRANULES. MIX UNTIL BLENDED. FILL GREASED MUFFIN CUPS 1/2 TO 2/3 FULL. BAKE 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. MIX POWDERED SUGAR (MARKED PS) AND CREAM CHEESE PACKET (MARKED 2), WITH 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER AND 5 TEASPOONS WATER. STIR WELL AND DRIZZLE OVER THE TOP OF COOLED MUFFINS.

INGREDIENTS: SELF-RISING ENRICHED FLOUR BLEACHED ((WHEAT FLOUR, LEAVENING (SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA, CALCIUM SULFATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), SALT, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID)), SUGAR, CREAM CHEESE SEASONING ((CREAM CHEESE POWDER (CREAM CHEESE [PASTEURIZED MILK, CHEESE CULTURE, SALT, CAROB BEAN GUM], NONFAT MILK, CULTURED CREAM, SODIUM CASEINATE, LACTIC ACID, CITRIC ACID, DISODIUM PHOSPHATE, NATURAL FLAVORS, BHA), SUGAR, FRUCTOSE, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, CITRIC ACID, NATURAL FLAVOR, GUAR GUM, AND LACTIC ACID, LESS THAN 2% SILICON DIOXIDE ADDED TO PREVENT CAKING)), CARROTS, CORNSTARCH, CINNAMON, GINGER AND CLOVES.

    Loved the muffin part- the cream cheese glaze tasted a bit off since it was a shelf stable powder that was reconsituted but it was a nice overall product.
