DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. COMBINE PACKAGE(S), 2 EGGS, 1 CUP PUMPKIN AND 3/8 CUP MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE. MIX WELL BY HAND. ADD 1/2 CUP PECANS (OPTIONAL). FILL GREASED MUFFIN CUPS 1/2 TO 2/3 FULL. BAKE 20-25 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. FROST WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. FOR ALTERNATIVE SUBSTITUTION: SUBSTITUTE EGG BEATERS FOR EGG AND BUTTER BUDS FOR BUTTER.
