DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. PRESOAK NUGGETS IN 1/4 CUP WATER FOR 1 MINUTE IN MICROWAVE OR IN 1/4 CUP HOT WATER FOR 10 MINUTES. COMBINE THE LARGE FLOUR PACKET, 2/3 CUP MILK, 1 EGG, 2 TABLESPOON OIL, AND UNDRAINED PRESOAKED NUGGETS IN A MIXING BOWL. STIR UNTIL BLENDED. FILL GREASED MUFFIN CUPS 1/2 TO 2/3 FULL. MIX TOPPING PACKET WITH 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE. SPRINKLE 1 1/2 TEASPOONS OF MIXTURE OVER EACH MUFFIN. BAKE 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
