INGREDIENTS NEEDED: 8-OUNCE CREAM CHEESE, 8-OUNCE NON-DAIRY WHIPPED TOPPING-THAWED, ONE 8 OR 9-INCH GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST.
DIRECTIONS: PLACE 8-OUNCE PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE IN A MIXING BOWL AND LET SOFTEN (CAN BE SOFTENED IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 1-2 MINUTES). ADD THE ENCLOSED PACKET AND BLEND TOGETHER WITH A MIXER AT LOW SPEED. ADD 1/2 TUB OF AN 8-OUNCE CARTON OF NON-DAIRY WHIPPED TOPPING (THAWED IN REFRIGERATOR) TO THIS AND BLEND AT MEDIUM HIGH SPEED. THEN ADD REMAINING 1/2 CARTON OF THAWED WHIPPED TOPPING AND BLEND AGAIN AT MEDIUM HIGH SPEED, SCRAPING DOWN THE SIDES OF THE BOWL TILL ALL OF IT IS BLENDED. SPREAD INTO AN 8 OR 9-INCH GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST. CHILL UNTIL SET, APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR.
