DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL ON LOW SPEED, CREAM TOGETHER 1/2 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER OR MARGARINE, 1 EGG, AND 1 TEASPOON VANILLA. ADD THE PACKAGE MARKED (41) INTO THE CREAMED MIXTURE UNTIL A DOUGH IS FORMED. PLACE THE CINNAMON/SUGAR PACKAGE MARKED (Q) INTO A SMALL BOWL. ROLL THE DOUGH INTO 1 INCH BALLS THEN ROLL THE DOUGH IN THE CINNAMON /SUGAR MIXTURE-YOU MAY HAVE TO FLOUR YOUR HANDS IF DOUGH IS STICKY. PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE FOR 8-10 MINUTES. YIELD: APPROXIMATELY 36 COOKIES.
