'Discovered' Rabbit Creek products (including this soup) at a discount store - tried it and loved it. Browned up some vegetarian apple/sage sausage while the soup cooked - poured over the sausage and served. My partner enjoyed it as much as I did. Had added thinly sliced carrot and leek (luv my veggies) however, being a vegetarian, was a little unhappy about the chicken fat. Sigh...

I didn't think I was much of a soup eater....but clearly, I was WRONG. Must be I just haven't been eating the RIGHT soups! After this one, I know I'll be trying other Rabbit Creek Soups. YUMSTERS!

Loved the soup and it was so easy and quick to make. Next time I make it, I will add some fresh veggies!
