DIRECTIONS: In medium saucepan, add 2 cups chicken stock/broth, 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and the enclosed package. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover loosely. Cook mixture for 15-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Salt and pepper as desired. Note: Can add extra fresh vegetables during cooking.
